Clinical Capacity Institute
The CCI pilot · From repeated gaps to continuing capability

Do you want to staff your next gap or restore durable capability?

Which specialty still requires temporary coverage or repeated recruitment?

Temporary coverage buys time. CCI helps modest hospitals prepare for what comes next: a defined, funded relationship with physicians who carry agreed continuing responsibilities.

You can say no, stop later, or choose another path. No explanation required. Discovery on either side promises no match, work, coverage or start date.

Two continuing parties. A clear handoff.

Discover compatibility

Start with a hospital’s actual need and an individual physician’s possible work.

Form the relationship

Physicians and institutions negotiate their own terms. Clinical Capacity Stewardship (CCS) offers optional, separately scoped commercial formation support.

Transfer responsibility

The parties accept and document their own responsibilities. CCS can support readiness review, handoff and continuing stewardship when engaged.

Initial operational scope: same-state Infectious Disease. Formation and stewardship services, if engaged, are separately scoped and priced. Physician work and other actual costs require funding.
